REAL ESTATE DOC AT INNOVFEST UNBOUND 2019 – REDEFINING THE FUTURE-OF-WORK FOR COMMERCIAL AND RETAIL REAL ESTATE ORGANISATIONS

Real Estate Doc’s (RED) frontend SaaS solution combines front-end workflow digitalisation and blockchain technology to provide source-of-truth data to real estate organisations.

28 June 2019 – It was a busy two days for Real Estate Doc (RED) at the recent Innovest Unbound 2019, held at the Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre. Like many up and coming start-ups as well as more mature companies displayed their wares at this prestigious 2-day event.

We met a fair number of potential partners, we also noticed that many people were looking for the “what’s next” in technology, but what was heartening was a decent number of enterprises which were looking to digitalize their workflow processes and looking solutions to provide the future-of-work in their businesses.

It was also announced at the event that real estate transactions will go digital in Singapore with a review in the Electronic Transactions Act (ETA) – something that Real Estate Doc (RED) has been performing with large corporations, such as Frasers Property, for over a year. RED also employs the use of blockchain technology for validation and verification of digital contract transactions.

“RED’s frontend SaaS model blends digitalisation of frontend processes, digital contracts and blockchain technology for validation of transactions. We anticipated the use of blockchain for real estate transactions and are glad that we already have been using this as part of our solution to our clients,” said Ivan Lim, CEO of Real Estate Doc Pte Ltd. “We are excited with the current progress and look forward to being a catalyst of change in the new economy.”
